Hunrosa's team of sleep experts work with children and adults aged 1 to 99 years from across the UK to identify and resolve their sleep issues. Hunrosa (named after the Cornish word for 'To Dream') is part of the British Sleep Society, World Sleep Society and a member of the British Paediatric Sleep Association. We offer:

1. Workshops to improve patients sleep for health professionals, accredited by the CPD Standards Office: attendees accrue CPD points. 
2. Clinic sessions and workshops for people with sleep problems and insomnia, including children. Content includes why and how we sleep, how to improve sleep and what to do if you have a sleep problem. There will be an opportunity to develop a sleep plan in these sessions.
3. Individual assessments for people experiencing sleeplessness: a home visit with a sleep programme and package of support. The self-funded assessments attract a reduction for health care staff of 5% on the total cost.
