Becky says she is the brains and brawn behind Think Fit. Starting the business through passion and love for fitness. Ria is the organisation, drive and ideas. Since joining the business in 2018 she has helped it grow and with her calm input it has gone from strength to strength.

Think Fit provides a ‘something for everybody’ group exercise classes plus a 12-week fitness programme and Think Kitchen personalised nutrition guides.

At the start of the pandemic Becky and Ria decided to take their classes online and later outdoor bootcamps. This sparked a new business model to offer a hybrid of online and face to face class to offer a range of options for a new market of people who may not be confident enough to come to classes in a group.

They were really helpful and listened to everything we wanted to do with the business, and they also sign posted me to lots of other companies that can help us.

How we helped

Becky and Ria met with Connector Mark in April 2020. They had bags of ideas to take the business forward and needed a strategy to support their plans over the next 12-18 months.  Mark signposted them to support from Unlocking Potential Breakthrough programme which they both completed.   

Digital marketing and social media were also an area they thought they could improve to help especially with promoting their new online offer to a new type of customer. Mark introduced them to Digital Peninsula Network workshops for free training to upskill them in this area.
