We would like to invite you the next stage of social marketing for The Beacon Project. Our initial workshops gave us valuable insight to the recruitment and retention processes in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly along with the barriers that our SME community face around the employment of people with disabilities and long term health conditions.
This second round of workshops will have the aim of guiding the specific messaging and marketing channels for our social marketing campaign. The workshops will take the form of a marketing research panel where you will be presented with range of materials that may be used in the campaign. During the workshops you will be asked to critique and provide feedback on these materials so that we can ensure our campaign rings the right bells with our SME community. Ultimately the campaign should allay fears and concerns, and provide the necessary knowledge to increase the confidence of SMEs when employing and working with people with a disability or long term health condition.
