Conference: Making Work Work For Everyone
FeaturedBe part of the discussion on how policy and business can make work work for everyone.
The Inclusivity Project invites you to join our researchers from the University of Exeter and guest speakers, Dame Carol Black and Dr Christian van Stolk as we talk about the project’s findings and how we can apply learning on a practical level. Focusing on our three key areas of work…
• Bias and inclusive recruitment
• Hybrid and flexible working
• Systems thinking: closing the skills gaps
…we will consider how our findings from the Cornish small business community can be applied to policy and business on a local and national level, to produce tangible positive change in the workplace.
You’ll have plenty of opportunity for networking and discussion too, over lunch and drinks.
Finally, there will be an exhibition of The Inclusivity Project’s participatory photo project featuring work by people in Cornwall who balance their work with managing a health condition.
