One of the key challenges facing the UK engineering sector today is accessing relevant educational provision for the skills required by the industry. Truro and Penwith College aims to address this issue by working closely with you to co-design solutions to the skills gaps identified in the region. During this ESF Funded event, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences with other businesses in the sector, explore the issue of the skills gap and start to develop practical solutions that work for you, leading the way for the industry as a whole. Our Keynote Speakers will be David Walrond, Principal, Truro and Penwith College and Miles Carden, Director, Spaceport Cornwall. The event will also include Lunch and refreshments, facilitated workshops, networking opportunities and your chance to shape the future of our Higher Level provision.
