Lucinda Pimlott brings you – Ayurveda, an ancient system of health and well-being from India, seeks to support a rich, flavourful life on all levels. 

One of the single most powerful Ayurvedic tools for improving overall health and wellbeing is daily routine (known as Dinacharya). By understanding the shifting qualities of nature throughout the day, season and our environment, we can determine the best activity to engage in and when to engage in it. 

In this session, we will look at what those qualities are, how we may be affected by them and what to include for optimal health. 

You will also spend time preparing a personalised routine for to take home with you.
