Over the last few months REACH Cornwall has sought feedback from local social care and healthcare providers regarding their training needs and how best to deliver courses in a way that works for them. As a result of the feedback received, REACH Cornwall is offering a free seminar covering communication in all its forms including:
- Digital – promoting your organisation more effectively via your website, social media and other online platforms. Issues surrounding GDPR will also be covered.
- Internal communication – communicating core values, strategies and organisational change to your team
- Confidence building and motivating your staff/volunteers
The seminar will be tailored specifically for the sector and takes place on Wednesday 24 April at The Cricket Club, Penwith College, St Clare Street, Penzance TR18 2SA from 11.30am to 4.30pm. The event will also offer a great opportunity to network and to input into future courses and events offered by REACH Cornwall. Lunch is included, tickets are free and available via Eventbrite: reachcornwallforum3.eventbrite.com. Spaces are limited and the event is already half full.
REACH Cornwall is an employer-led forum which aims to Raise Excellence in Care and Health across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The project is part-funded by the European Social Fund and delivered by Truro and Penwith College.
