Ghost Consulting Launches in Cornwall

After assisting over 500 businesses in the last four years across the whole of Cornwall, Marketing Consultant Karen Hoyle is launching her own venture to help businesses across the County. Ghost Consulting launches in May and will offer Digital and Social Media Strategy | Brand Development | Social Media Management and a bespoke ‘Ghost’ Marketing Director services to businesses.

After assisting over 500 businesses in the last four years across the whole of Cornwall, Marketing Consultant Karen Hoyle is launching her own venture to help businesses across the County. Ghost Consulting launches in May and will offer Digital and Social Media Strategy | Brand Development | Social Media Management and a bespoke ‘Ghost’ Marketing Director services to businesses. 

“Ghost Consulting was born from a demand in the market to have a person with high level experience just come into the business and get on and do the work needed. Time and again I was asked ‘Can you just do this for me?’ and that is exactly what I now offer. Social Media and Digital are particular barriers to businesses in terms of time and ability and an expert can have plans in place quickly when a business owner may struggle for months.” explains Founding Director Karen Hoyle.

Ghost Consulting has the uniquely to starts the marketing strategy in the finance department. By looking at business objectives and understanding what the business needs to achieve financially a true marketing strategy can be developed that shows a real return on investment. After working on European Funded Business Growth Programmes for four years Karen Hoyle has a wide business viewpoint that delivers a unique but fun approach to working with businesses. Karen also has experience from working out of County for big name brands such as Orange, Axa, LloydsTSB and EDF.

“It is so important in today’s fast moving world to have a significant background that is commercially sound, up to date in terms of digital and latest high return methods. It is also very important to be transparent (which as it happens Ghosts are!), test based approaches are the formula in 2017 and an early promise from a consultant would be a mistake.”

“By taking clients on a journey to understand what works for them is key and an Agile methodology is central to the way we deliver for clients. We also believe in talking to clients without an agenda, we start with the strategy and then discuss with the client the best delivery methods. Clients sometimes wish to do all their own delivery in house and some wish to look for external suppliers. We can help businesses develop briefs to go to our Ghost network of high quality suppliers and then the businesses choose the supplier that they feel works for them, or we could train an in house team. Ghost is surrounded by contacts and methods that will build into different solutions for each client.”
