A brand-new online resource called Go Cornish has been released by Golden Tree Productions, the team behind The Man Engine.

Launched in Truro last week, it’s a fantastic online resource for learning and teaching Cornish and is intended to promote learning Cornish is a really accessible way. Alongside the resources a series of interactive events and workshops are taking place in schools and community places across the county.

The number of people who can speak Cornish is growing and is currently estimated to be between 2,000 and 3,000 people.

Alongside the launch of the resources, a brightly coloured Go Cornish bus waiting room and bespoke Go Cornish branded double bus were also unveiled. You can also download the beautiful Magi Ann app from the Go Cornish Website, aimed at children the Magi Ann stories were originally written by Mena Evans to help young children and their families learn Welsh. These stories were developed into a prize-winning app by Menter Iaith Fflint. Now, Go Cornish has translated Magi Ann into Cornish to help the next generation of Cornish speakers get off to a flying start.
