Support a small business with 1:1 mentoring

By Enterprise Nation - 20th July 2022

The Help to Grow Management scheme was launched by Rishi Sunak in August 2021, to provide small and medium businesses with leadership support.

Each participant is matched with a voluntary mentor and Enterprise Nation is working with Newable and Association of Business Mentors to recruit a national network of voluntary mentors and experts who will guide participants through a growth action plan hosted on the Enterprise Nation platform.

Those interested, can sign up to become voluntary mentors for the programme and commit 10 hours over 12 weeks to support businesses with their growth action plan. They may be working as employees, founders, trusted experts or advisers, and looking to get involved in this national effort to boost small businesses' performance. Mentors will benefit from free training from the Association of Business Mentors.
