Webinar series launches to help business strategise wellbeing & inclusion

By The Inclusivity Project - 22nd May 2020

Let’s #emergeinclusive from Covid-19 lockdown by helping businesses strategise around mental health support, accessibility & integrated teams for those still in isolation, and discussing how the changing business world is an opportunity for innovation in wellbeing.

Throughout Covid-19 The Inclusivity Project, we has been having conversations with local small businesses, their researchers, and their partners (who have been doing some amazing work on the ground delivering groceries and medication, running community kitchens and more) about how the priority for wellbeing is changing, how creativity and innovation are springing up amid new need, and what kinds of new resilience are needed by businesses at this time.

Above all, The Inclusivity Project has heard from our partners Disability Cornwall and Age UK Cornwall (and supported a survey that showed) how isolation has profoundly impacted people who are disabled, who have long-term health conditions, and who are older. And continues to do so.

Vulnerable people won't 'unlock' from isolation just because the business community does. Diversity enriches business, so let's #emergeinclusive. - Click to tweet

To continue these discussions in a more public arena, The Inclusivity Project has a webinar series coming up, offering panel discussions that draw together speakers who have key insight to share from their own network.

Sign up, and give your perspective on these topics too. Right now, it's so important that we cross the divides of isolation to understand the viewpoints and priorities of different groups, and hear about all the new opportunities that are emerging too.
