Enabling enterprises to implement inclusive growth best practices

 

•  Enterprise need: Skills and tools to develop healthier and more inclusive workplaces.

•  Offer: Workshops designed to give real-world examples and practical, long-term solutions to help enterprises build happy, robust and resilient teams, all backed up with contemporary research and evidence, as well as offering plenty of space for discussion and peer-to-peer learning. Looking at issues that affect people at work, from understanding protected characteristics, exploring barriers and benefits to employing a diverse workforce, and why a healthy and engaged workforce underpins a company’s success.

•  Format: Interactive hybrid workshops and deep-dive workshops on specific subjects such as understanding neurodiversity in the workplace, supporting colleagues through life-changing difficulties such as cancer or bereavement, the gender pay gap, and  dealing with stress and mental health issues will all be on offer in the spirit of ‘good practice’.

•  Delivered by: Experts in their fields covering subjects including fostering an inclusive workplace culture, workplace wellbeing, understanding unconscious bias, and the concept of Good Work.

 

Addressing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), ‘Making Work Work for Everyone’, is a series of 4 interactive hybrid workshops sharing knowledge, expertise and resources:

Session 1 - Fostering an inclusive culture in the workplace;

Session 2 - Creating a wellbeing culture in the workplace and exploring the concept of Good Work;

Session 3 – Understanding unconscious bias:

Session 4 – Reflections on the three sessions and how to apply learnings with expert speakers.

Delegates will also receive a 'Good Practice Guide/toolkit’.

Supplementary sessions with experts offering a ‘deep dive’ on aspects of the Good Growth Principles will be planned around the main 4 x 4 sessions.
