Our monthly How to Recruit and Grow Workshops will include; workforce planning, budgeting, skills mapping, developing role scopes, advertising, shortlisting, interviews, legal compliance and induction.
The programme can also support a number of Good Growth supported roles with:
- Salary investment of up to £1,500 per role (£250 per month – paid in 4 instalments)
- Up to 6 months support, subsidy and mentoring budget
- Recruitment support from role scoping to advertising, interviewing and candidate feedback
- Recruitment team to manage recruitment process and maximise applications from quality candidates
- UP to support business and the recruit through the duration of the supported role, helping the recruit integrate into the business and expedite the induction process, meaning the employee performs and delivers ROI quicker
- Funded mentoring for the employee up to a value of £600 - e.g. digital marketing, time management, personal development
