Mindful Monkeys uses fun games, mindfulness and imagery to increase self esteem of children and young people and help develop their ability to self regulate thoughts and emotions. For adults I offer group mindful movement and meditation and one to one mindfulness-based therapy. For children I offer mindful fun and games. Mindful Monkeys - creating positive change promoting emotional, psychological and physical well-being.
