Growth Hub Grants Recipients

The Growth Hub has delivered a grant scheme for businesses of all sizes with growth ambitions. The grants aim to encourage businesses that have the ambition and capacity to grow and improve their productivity and competitiveness. To stimulate innovation, develop high-quality, well-paid employment and contribute to Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly's net zero ambitions.

Grants up to £200,000 were offered for Business Growth, Research, Development & Innovation, Export Funding, Rural Businesses, and Net Zero.

Below are the details of the businesses and organisations which received funding from April 2024 to March 2025. Each of these grants were matched by at least 50% private sector investment to fund each project. Please click on the icons to find out more about each grant.

The garden provides a welcoming space for people to come together, learn about food production, and build connections. They also offer a veg box service for the local community.

Project name: Increasing Sustainability at Boconnoc House and Estate

It is unique in the UK for spinning both woollen and worsted yarns under one roof.

The company offers comprehensive services from fleece processing to finished products, emphasizing traditional values and innovative approaches. It also provides custom dyeing, recycling of waste materials, and support for sustainable practices.

Project name: De-Carbon CESurveys Ltd

Type of Grant: Net Zero
