I believe learning and development are at the heart of everything successful. In my career I have learned and taught, I have developed myself and coached others, I am a conduit between the learning and the recipient whether that is an individual, team or company.

I am an advocate of time spent learning is never wasted, rather invested, and will reap rich rewards.

My perfect day involves… a beach, a walk, a hand held tightly and perhaps a pasty and / or scone (jam first, actually I am from Yorkshire, we like butter under the jam).

A fun fact… I once refused entry to Jasper Carrot as his name was not on the Director's lounge list at a football match, sorry Mr Carrot.
