Double awards shortlist for Cornish entrepreneur

A Cornish entrepreneur and social media expert has been recognised twice in a national awards scheme that celebrates women working in digital.

Katherine George, founder of international social media marketing agency Oh So Social and online training platform Oh So Savvy, has been shortlisted twice in this year’s Digital Women Awards. Katherine is a finalist in the Digital Entrepreneur of the Year category, and has been shortlisted for Digital Woman of the Year. The latter category also forms this year’s 40 Digital Women to Watch in 2021 list.

Katherine said: “It really means so much to not only be shortlisted for Digital Entrepreneur, but to also have a place in the 40 Digital Women to Watch list among so many inspirational women who are doing amazing things in the industry. I’m honoured to be recognised nationally for my work in social media and support for small businesses.”

The Digital Women Awards celebrates women working in and around digital and entrepreneurship doing incredible work in their industries. The winners will be announced later this year.
