Online event: Digital Horizon - Forward thinking for changing times

By Unlocking Potential - 19th March 2021

The first Digital Transformation online event ‘Digital Horizon’ will take place on Friday March 26th as part of the launch of a brand new ERDF-funded programme for Cornwall and IOS. Organisers at Unlocking Potential are encouraging SME’s to attend to hear from keynote and digital transformation expert Niall McKeown to find out how it can help their business on a journey to become more competitive, flexible and efficient - through digital.

Unlocking Potential’s Programme Director, Allyson Glover, said:

“This is such an exciting programme for us to be launching. There’s no getting away from the challenges faced by Cornish businesses in the last 12 months; Digital Transformation could hardly be better timed or more topical. As an organisation, Unlocking Potential has had to completely change how we work: to think differently, learn new skills, innovate and embrace change, so we know exactly how hard it can be.

For businesses, though, this is about more than just adapting. Digital Transformation is about efficiency, effectiveness, competitiveness, relevance and growth. It’s about a whole new mind-set, too, and there’s no one better than communicating that than Niall McKeown, which is why we’re so pleased that he’ll be speaking at our launch event.”

Through tried and tested frameworks against a backdrop of relevant case studies, Niall will challenge those in the virtual room to think about where their business is today on the road to transforming digitally, and inspire them with an insight into the steps that can be taken to get there.

Professor Niall McKeown, an award-winning strategy consultant and globally in-demand public speaker on digital transformation, will also introduce the highly acclaimed Ionology framework, which forms part of the support toolkit businesses can receive through the Digital Transformation programme.

The Digital Horizon online event will take place on Friday March 26th 9:30 – 12:30
