SSE Cornwall programme launch - Springboard: growing community business ideas

The Springboard programme is being delivered in the core areas of Falmouth, Penryn, Truro, Illogan, Redruth, Camborne, Pool and St Day and enables the School for Social Entrepreneurs Cornwall to offer free support to individuals and unincorporated community groups who may have an idea for a community business / social enterprise they wish to explore and develop that idea further; through to new social enterprises/business (less than 12 months old) who wish to access tailored business support to enable them to develop and grow their existing business further.

The programme has secured funding and delivery will run through to 30 June 2022.

 SE Cornwall aims to support 90 individuals at ideas stage and 25 businesses (less than 12 months old) throughout the life of the programme. Participants will be invited to receive a minimum of 12 hours support through the programme. This will mostly be delivered through a mix of tailored workshops where they can meet like-minded people at similar stages of developing/delivering their business idea plus up to 4 hours of mentoring.
