Cornish Networking Business Receives Tech Boost

By SWIG Finance - 22nd March 2023

Cornwall-based networking organisation, Your Partnerships, has received £31k boost via SWIG Finance to support business growth.

The funding, backed by the British Business Bank’s Recovery Loan Scheme (RLS), will be invested in new technology and three new jobs.

Your Partnerships is a well-known networking and events organisation with a body of memberships spanning the South West and beyond. It is led by David Brock (known as Brock), who has 25 years of experience in Executive Management for the RAF, as well as further roles in community development and training.

The business is expanding rapidly, and the funding will help it to invest in a new CRM system that will revolutionise its communications processes.

Of the funding, business owner Brock said: “The loan has allowed us to not only grow the current business model but to also venture into new areas that Your Partnerships would not be able to start for many months or years later. As Your Partnerships is a B2B platform helping businesses to connect and grow, SWIG has, in turn, helped thousands of businesses with this one loan.”

SWIG’s business manager, Rachael Taylor, supported the application. She commented “Your Partnerships exists to connect businesses through affordable networking events. David started the business in 2018 and has worked relentlessly to transform it into the well-known organisation that it is today. It’s a great business for SWIG to support.”
