How we've helped Idenna

Skills Hub case study

Business overview

Idenna tell compelling stories in the right way to the right people using a collaborative and integrated approach across mixed media.

The Skills Review turned out to be an enormously useful exercise for the business. I would definitely recommend it to others. It’s useful to take time and audit what skills you have in the business and also have a third party broaden the discussion and open up your thinking.

How we helped

Idenna Creative are a full service creative house comprising of talented and dynamic copywriters, researchers, social media managers, graphic designers, photographers, filmmakers, web designers and all round media magpies.

Having developed films and content for the Skills Hub, Idenna wanted to find out more about us so they signed-up for a Skills Review.  The creative director James Neale was surprised at how much it revealed about his business and the opportunities for up-skilling his team.

They are currently looking in opportunities to up-skill their team through local training.

It’s useful to take time and audit what skills you have in the business and also have a third party broaden the discussion and open up your thinking,” said James.
