Four female colleagues unite to start innovative business consultancy

More than 50 of Cornwall’s business founders, leaders and supporters gathered in Truro recently for the launch of a new business consultancy with big ambitions: Happy Business.

The female-led business is the brainchild of four former colleagues – Allyson Glover, Debs Horner, Beckie Pascoe and Rebecca Polson. They believe everyone has a right to be happy at work, and it’s their mission to use happiness as a driver for real, tangible results for businesses, their founders and teams, across the UK.

The four founders met while working at Unlocking Potential, where they helped thousands of businesses to develop, recruit and expand. In their previous careers they have worked in FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies, across a range of sectors and have run their own businesses. Each bring their own expertise and specialisms including strategy, leadership, operations, project management, HR, recruitment, marketing, and communications.

With a number of successful client projects completed, and others underway, the team are now booking initial meetings with potential clients during December, to start in the New Year.
