Growth and Skills Hub to sponsor a business award

The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Growth & Skills Hub is proud to be part of the Western Morning News Business Awards again this year.

Event organisers are calling for the ‘biggest, brightest and best businesses and business people’ to take part. 

The CIoS Growth and Skills Hub will be sponsoring the SME Business of the Year Award at the ceremony - due to take place at the University of Exeter.

Kirsty Miles-Musgrave, Hub Operations Manager, said: “Award recognition is not only a great way to celebrate success but is also a fantastic marketing tool that can help your business reach new audiences and enhance existing relationships.

"Now more than ever, businesses need to use every opportunity to stand out from the crowd and being a finalist or winner in Western Morning News Awards is a great way to do that. 

"However, you have to be in it to win it, so I would encourage everyone to take a look at the categories and submit an application. Let’s make sure that Cornwall is well represented at the Awards for 2022.”

Finalists will be announced on October the 24th, and the awards are planned to be handed out at a black-tie event on November the 30th, 2022.

This year there are 10 categories, and nominations are now open until October the 7th, 2022.
